What you’ll be doing...

You will be involved in all aspects of the briefing program from planning the briefings to managing the customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring Executive Briefing Center (EBC) meetings are successful. By advising and working closely with the EBC Managers, sales, senior executives, and subject matter experts to assist in creating customized client meetings, you’ll help to positively influence buying behaviors, build customer relationships and win strategic business for Verizon.

  • Develops and manages relationships with internal resources and subject matter experts across Verizon.
  • Works autonomously and delivers in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Plans and executes Executive Briefings in partnership with the EBC Manager and Sales Team.
  • Works with account teams to determine customer priorities and roadmap to assist in content and solution selection for briefings.
  • Manages and maintains day to day operations in the Briefing Center.
  • Determines "day of" objectives, executing on customer needs and managing customer experience.
  • Communicates program results, growth opportunities, and revenue analytics.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Five or more years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role.
  • Experience with BriefingEdge, BriefingSource.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, written/verbal communications and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the communications industry, Verizon solutions, and a strong working knowledge of vertical solution selling.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
