What you’ll be doing...

  • Become an operational in-depth technical expert for complex and bespoke managed network solutions
  • Act as a key escalation point for tier 1 teams
  • Troubleshoot, classify and correlate network incidents and problems on tier 2
  • Implement network changes
  • Build and maintain customer specific documentation
  • Join conference calls to assist customer change or testing activity
  • Support Service Managers on creating RCA and other reports
  • Provide technical and service related training to tier 1 and 2 engineers
  • Join our on-call rota to provide 24x7 coverage
  • Provide flexibility to work out of business hours for maintenances

What we’re looking for...

  • Cisco professional level certification (CCNP) or equivalent knowledge
  • Team player with excellent communications skills and structured work approach
  • Experience in implementing or operating complex IP networks
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written
  • ITIL certification beneficial
