What you’ll be doing...

As technical support for the billing operation in Massapequa, you will be responsible for maintaining production systems from print finishing through insertion and presentment to the USPS. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Provide procedures for existing and new jobs.
  • Conduct testing for new updates.
  • Support the operational reprint process.
  • Troubleshoot issues for mail insertion.
  • Download new releases for the USPS.
  • Point of contact for the USPS Business Customer Gateway.
  • Troubleshoot print production errors.
  • Investigate customer billing issues.
  • Participant of the Major Mailer’s Association
  • Provide development and enhancement projections for future updates.
  • Point of contact for disaster recovery exercises.
  • Liaison between Remittance and Bill Print operations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in finance or related field.
  • Knowledge of TSO mainframe systems.
  • Knowledge of USPS full service requirements.
  • Project management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft word, and PowerPoint.
