What you’ll be doing...

  • Manages Lockbox Operations and the preparation of reports and statistics reflecting results, performance, cash balances, and other financial results.
  • Formulates and administers approved accounting practices throughout the organization to ensure that financial and operating reports accurately reflect the condition of the business and provide reliable information necessary.
  • Partners with internal and external client groups such as IT, 3rd party vendors, USPS, Labor Relations, Human Resources, banking partners, etc. to maximize workforce performance and fulfillment of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Consistently implements and maintains business unit financial budgets, approves spending and ensure profitability for the unit.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in Remittance Operations and Support.
  • Two or more years of management experience with large teams.
  • Working knowledge of NACHA standards for ARC/ICL processing.
  • Advance analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interface with customers and company personnel at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership experience, (including staff development), innovation and strategic planning in an operations environment, and vendor management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute plans on time and with desired results.
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of Union contracts, FMLA and working within large company policies.
