What you’ll be doing...

Working on a small team responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the fast paced New York Metro region. This ranges from managing a pool of spare wireless equipment, to shipping/receiving, performing audits, and working with other teams to help maintain and build the wireless network. Some key responsibilities are…

  • Scanning of all equipment with the goal of accurately maintaining its location/quantity/status
  • Processing RMAs and shipping out equipment in timely manner
  • Conduct cycle count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management
  • Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
  • Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections
  • Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports to strive to meet regional and area KPIs for inventory management and audits
  • Develop and maintain standard operating processes and procedures for various organizations
  • Ensure appropriate levels of equipment spares are maintained per network engineering and vendor recommendations
  • Coordinate third party repair jobs and handle invoicing

What we’re looking for...

Someone who is self-motivated with effective time management skills that is able to multitask well in an office/warehouse/data center environment. Identifying priorities and adjusting accordingly is a key part to being successful in this role, along with helping out peers in other areas.

You’ll need to have:

  • BA or BS degree, or 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Basic understanding of fixed asset and inventory control principles
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both MS Office and G-Suite
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and should be able to lift approximately 60 lbs unassisted or more
