What you’ll be doing...

This position is responsible for Project and Program Management, Metrics Creation & Reporting, and Workforce Data Analytics for the Network & Technology HR Business Partner team. This individual will be responsible for utilizing workforce data and other input to analyze trends, identify insights and create and track action plans for “people processes” and strategies as they affect the business planning and implementation. This person will be responsible for project management of key HR initiatives for the Network & Technology teams including, but not limited to Workforce Planning, Career Progression, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Recognition Programs etc.

  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and Projects.
  • Identifies insights that can be used to tailor employee engagement across the enterprise.
  • Enhances the HR operational processes and procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced Project and Sr. Leader reporting.
  • Leads special/strategic projects and presentations behalf of the VP-HR.
  • Analyzes and monitors workforce data including staffing, turnover and performance. Works with HRBP teams to design and implement strategic action plans as warranted to drive business results.
  • Facilitates the consolidation of various data requests and/or HR initiatives.
  • Manages implementation and roll out of critical year-end processes and new projects to ensure Company compliance and progress across initiatives.
  • Manages the overall HC and budget for organization to ensure that the approved budget is met including limited vendor management.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of equivalent work experience in a technical Human Resources, or business discipline.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, formula building, pivot tables, graphing and charting.
  • Proficiency with writing queries, investigating results, refining output, documenting findings, and packaging findings into meaningful summaries.
  • Proficiency with querying tools and technologies such as SQL or other Query languages.
  • Able to balance multiple projects and sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Project Management and Change Management Skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify emerging trends and issues.
  • Excellent computer skills that include, Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft, to analyze results and create presentations on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency in the use of reporting and query tools such as: COGNOS, Hadoop, Squirrel, SQL Server, Teradata Client, MS Access, and Endeca.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Previous business operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau Visualization Tool and Minitab a plus.
  • Familiarity with statistics and statistical methodologies/techniques.
