What you’ll be doing...

The Verizon Lifecycle Delivery team provides easy, proactive customer service using the PM Best Practices and ITIL CSI methodology while deploying the most recent IT technology that delivers our clients a simple, customized and reliable network experience.

  • Handle VES Data Wireline Implementation.
  • Support data ordering activities for VES non Federal customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers/vendor support teams.
  • Provide updates regarding implementation and service delivery.
  • Participate in forecast and end of month calls to assist with order implementation.
  • Respond to customers and account teams in the field to represent implementation.
  • Process/address customer escalations at the executive level both internally and externally.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews with customers representing the implementation of orders.
  • Attend weekly calls with customers and/or account teams.
  • Lead towards achieving customer metrics including: CSAT, ordering interval and all revenue targets.
  • Assist with prioritizing orders when escalations occur.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Customer service and order entry experience.
  • Knowledge of voice and data networks, and how Ethernet is technically and systematically delivered.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with UOTM, PQ, Ezstatus, PETE and PAM, Order Pro, and all other ordering related systems.
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Critical thinking ability in decision making processes.
  • Ability to manage the implementation of complex solutions for small to large customers.
