This position is responsible for supporting the Recruitment Marketing Team under the Talent Acquisition organization. The Senior Analyst will project manage various administrative responsibilities and to deliver against key Talent Acquisition Hiring and Employer Branding objectives. This is a global and highly collaborative role; you’ll work directly with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Vendors and Agency Partners.

  • Project managing and coordinating recruitment media campaigns.
  • Owning the agenda development and coordination for team meetings and initiatives to ensure seamless and productive sessions.
  • Supporting budget, investment and invoicing management as assigned.
  • Developing a campaign library that outlines campaign initiatives and program details.
  • Partnering with internal Stakeholders and outside vendors to coordinate the use and ownership of RDB (Recruiting Database) License Access.
  • Preparing, analyzing and disseminating RDB usage reporting to ensure maximum investment ROI.
  • Supporting reporting and analytics development for assigned campaigns.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in media, advertising or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree with a Marketing and/or Advertising concentration.
  • Experience working with multiple media channels.
  • Recruitment marketing experience or a clear understanding of the recruiting function.
  • Strong understanding of media math, terminology, and analytical tools
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, organizational leadership, and agency management.
  • Expert communication and partnership skills.
  • Effective project management and execution skills.
