What you’ll be doing...

You’ll help us build the next evolution of the user experience on our network. You’ll work on the latest, cutting edge technology such as Agile and DevOps tool chain to design and develop the next generation user interface for our internal enterprise businesses.

  • Work in a fast paced environment that fosters growth and learning.
  • Translate concepts and business requirements into wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gain product knowledge.
  • Provide technologically viable and innovative design solutions, and provide clear designs and documentation for the development team.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
  • Programming experience in HTML5, CSS3, Node.JS, JQuery, AngularJS and JavaScript.
  • Experience building reports for systems metrics and KPI’s.
  • Ability to design UX for meaningful, user-centered, creative and highly functional experiences.
  • Ability to conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Comfort contributing to the full project lifecycle, and ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Experience conducting UX research and testing.
  • Experience collaborating with Graphic Designers, Developers, Brand Strategists, and Project Managers.
  • Ability to effectively present findings, UX documents, and designs.
  • Understanding of design guidelines, best practices, and usability standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work across organizations.
