We have a great opportunity for a dynamic new Recruitment Marketing Consultant to join our team and help us attract the best and brightest talent to come work at Verizon. This position is responsible for supporting the Recruitment Marketing Team under the Talent Acquisition organization. The Recruitment Marketing Consultant will project manage various critical responsibilities and deliver against key Talent Acquisition Hiring and Employer Branding objectives. This is a global and highly collaborative role; you’ll work directly with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Vendors and Agency Partners. This role is based in our Global HQ Basking Ridge, NJ office and specific responsibilities include:

  • Leading Intake Calls with agencies and internal client groups to set objectives and strategies.
  • Creating Media and Creative Briefs to ensure that Campaign objectives are being met.
  • Reviewing all creative with a critical eye to ensure alignment with audience and compliant with the Verizon Brand
  • Planning and executing of Recruitment Media campaigns in an ongoing and Ad Hoc basis that solves for a wide range of business needs and challenges.
  • Analyzing POVs to ensure that they align with objectives.
  • Developing and presenting best practice training on Recruiting Tools.
  • Leading Status meetings with partner agencies to ensure project completion and deadlines.
  • Fielding requests for and developing strategic documents to support leadership and peers.
  • Overseeing budget, investment and invoicing management.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic media concepts, terminology, media math, and media plan execution.
  • Experience in marketing and current knowledge of trends and innovations in traditional and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree with a Marketing and/or Advertising concentration.
  • Recruitment marketing experience or a clear understanding of the recruiting function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to make sound business decisions quickly.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, organizational leadership, and agency management.
  • Expert communication and partnership skills.
