What you’ll be doing...

As part of the EMEA, APAC & LATAM CoA Support Team you’ll be responsible for supporting International users of the Global Network Operations Technician Dispatch system. This role is part of a virtual team made up of Global, Application and Mobility Support teams.

Job responsibilities include the following:

  • Interface with IT and Global Support on development and deployment of system functionality.
  • Raise enhancements & defects relating to dispatch system and field tools.
  • Troubleshoot interoperability issues with interfacing applications
  • Prepare bespoke test plans relating to specific enhancements and defects
  • Execute test plans during scheduled out of hours change activities and communicate release status to users and managers
  • Create and manage user profiles and other elements of dispatch related tools.
  • Manage the configuration, deployment and device enablement of field tech mobility tools.
  • Manage and work International user ticket queues.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for administrator and end user job aids.
  • Define processes and procedures relating to system best practice and standards.
  • Work closely with reporting teams to deliver metrics and reports.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Personal accountability, perseverance and drive to push system enhancements, track defects and ensure stakeholders deliver to drive results
  • Good interpersonal skills, comfortable participating in operational forums to share knowledge and define standards

Even better if you have:

  • Knowledge of operational delivery and dispatch systems.
  • Knowledge of mobile device management and deploying mobile applications via MobileIron and Android For Enterprise.
  • Experience and proven track record for supporting users and systems.
  • Familiarity with One JIRAor similar bug tracking and agile project management tool.
