What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be supporting our business customers with all their wireless needs – ensuring that they have a superior customer service experience. We’re looking for someone who can assist the internal sales team and their customers by answering questions and helping with requests for new equipment or accessories. You’ll also ensure customers are trained on new products and services and know exactly how to use our self-service options, among other things. You’ll see to it that customers are getting the best care.

  • Effectively servicing the needs of your customers and sales partners.
  • Educating and training customers on wireless solutions.
  • Demonstrating products and services at trade association meetings.
  • Helping the team understand and manage cost metrics to reduce the impact of discounting and returns.

Will provide dedicated account support to specific contracts.

What we’re looking for...

You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and quickly satisfying requests from lots of different places. You’re motivated to please customers by providing superior service. You are a natural teacher and can explain how to use anything in easy to understand ways.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in sales or customer service with business accounts.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office suite. Ideally, great Excel skills.
