What you’ll be doing...

As a valued member of the Global Real Estate team, you will support administrative operations for capital projects across several functional Real Estate teams. You will further develop knowledge and experience within Real Estate by collaborating with team members, partnering with internal stakeholders and processing requests for multiple groups.

  • Supporting the Global Real Estate (GRE) team with invoice and purchase requisition processing.
  • Handling audit, processing, and receiving of purchase order requisitions.
  • Processing receipts associated with purchase orders, payment requests, match exceptions, and payment research.
  • Partnering with Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and internal GRE teams to process items timely and accurately and keep records up to date.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or oneor more years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems – PeopleSoft & SAP.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly, and work independently with a sense of urgency.
