  • Performing analysis on automation anomalies and identifying opportunities.
  • Conducting RCA for automation fallouts.
  • Being a subject matter expert on Proactive ticket generation and automation.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Subject matter expertise on Proactive ticket generation and automation.
  • Experience in leading a project for automation process and initiatives.
