What you’ll be doing...

Play a critical leadership role in helping Verizon realize opportunities for improvement through the implementation of marketing, decisioning and analytics solutions through our Next Best Offer Platform. You will develop the strategic requirements and manage the implementation process while helping cross-functional teams understand the project strategy, key benefits, and targets. You will execute in a cross managerial environment while developing close working relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

  • Lead the Next Best Offer Strategy Implementation within our pega decisioning engine.
  • Work in a business advisory capacity with key stakeholders across marketing business functions to define and implement customer marketing and decisioning strategies.
  • Lead and evangelize optimal use of modeling insights, analysis, simulation, measurement and reporting to maximize effectiveness of strategies, return on investment and customer experience.
  • Ensure that the delivery teams understand the customer program objectives, challenges and overall context.
  • Identify and develop roadmaps for future enhancements across agent assisted and digital ordering platforms as well integration with outbound Marketing strategies.
  • Develop plans to continuously improve the customer experience.

What we’re looking for...

You are a hands-on, motivated and collaborative marketing leader with exceptional communication skills and the proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer organizations on all phases of the product development life-cycle. You have the ability to learn complex material quickly and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Marketing and Sales experience.
  • Two or more years of experience managing product strategies or project managing new product launches.
  • Experience with solution design, development and technical consulting.
  • Experience with lifecycle and/or customer-facing marketing programs.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Pega Marketing or other customer decisioning tool end to end implementation experience.
  • Certified Senior Pega Marketing Consultant (CSPMC).
  • Experience working in the machine learning / artificial intelligence space.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate effectively, partner, and collaborate.
