What you’ll be doing...

The Manager position will support National Operations in a program management role. The candidate will be responsible for all operational solutions that will support internal device allocation and distribution. Support will require administration of end to end process flow including end user and vendor management. This will require collaborative engagement with our 3rd party logistics vendor and numerous internal partners, including: reporting, finance, supply chain management, compliance, legal, and business analytics. This role will be responsible for being the primary interface with internal work groups (Training, Public Relations, Foundation, B2B Sales) to understand and meet their device needs, increase efficiency and create a Best In Class customer experience. This candidate will also be the national lead for the BEST device program, setting the strategy and managing execution on the program.

Candidate will be specialized in prioritization, meeting complex needs with simple execution and able to meet multiple objectives concurrently. It is required that the candidate intimately understand and assist in creating the strategy of device needs in the national operations group to ensure alignment with program management. Strong analytical skills will be imperative in this position as the candidate will be expected to evaluate ROI of device programs. This position will coordinate the work of multiple senior analysts in national operations and supply chain. The position will also supervise the daily activities of up to four contingent workers.

Program Management:

Candidate will be expected to own and manage multiple programs, with a specific focus on the highly important BEST device program that is being utilized by field sales teams. Prioritization of programs will managed by the candidate and they will be responsible for making decisions of how to invest over $20M+ in seeding assets. They will be the primary owner of the relationship of internal work groups. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and recommending requests based on the programs ROI potential and the strategic fit within national.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with MBA or fifteen or more years of related experience preferred.
  • Business acumen, effective oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively throughout multiple levels of the organization.
  • ROI analysis, strategic alignment and ability to make a business case to leadership that will accomplish company objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills will be required.
  • Proficient working with large amounts of data to interpret, summarize, and build business case for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Deep and broad knowledge of connected devices, smartphones, tablets and accessories is imperative.
  • Knowledge of internal systems preferred including but not limited to Vision, CETOM and SAP.
  • SQL and VBA experience preferred.
  • Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to organize conflicting priorities and optimize customer impacting solutions to drive resolution in required time frame.
  • Aggressive self-starter that can succeed working independently in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to develop collaborative, cross functional partnerships within internal and external work group organizations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, fostering engagement from external team members in order to achieve team goals.
  • Related work experience required with ten or more years preferred.
