What you’ll be doing...

Our Enterprise Talent Acquisition Reporting Analytics team delivers processes, tools, and data insights that help in the recruitment of top talent. As the Reporting Manager, you will help shape reporting strategy, including current and future states of report delivery, metric development and analytics, and creative problem solving. Using your knowledge of user experience, data visualization/storytelling, and data governance and management you will help solve real-world problems faced by our company and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Supporting development and delivery of executive level staffing data presentations for Enterprise Talent Acquisition, including ad hoc and special requests from talent acquisition leaders.
  • Leading a team of data analysts, providing guidance, direction, and development in the support of Talent Acquisition client groups, including Coordinating Operational review preparations and strategies to support Functional Teams, Senior Managers, Directors, and Vice President.
  • Contributing to hands-on development and insights for all reporting needs across enterprise staffing.
  • Interacting with HRIS, IT, and Peer Reporting teams in regards to data process changes, governance, integrity, security, and compliance, along with ensuring continued support for talent data in all data platforms (Cognos, Tableau, Qlik, HR Data Warehouse).

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years or work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting Human Resources or Talent Acquisition in a data role.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations in visual platforms such as PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data extraction/merging, query and expression building in SQL or other transactional languages/tools, such as Cognos Report Studio, Excel/Access, Tableau, and Qlik.
  • Two or more years of experience working with, maintaining, and creating data schema involving multiple disparate data sources.

Even better if you have:

  • An advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
  • Experience building data governance and metadata structures for complex organizations and data sets, ensuring data is represented cleanly and accurately.
  • Exposure to R, Python or other scripting languages, automation, UI/UX, Data Architecture.
  • Experience with React, Node.JS, JQuery, bootstrap, flexbox, along with basic web dev HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Leadership experience.
