What you’ll be doing...

You will join our Carrier Management team where you will be responsible for customer communication regarding required network changes.

  • Contacting the customer, determining who the correct decision maker is, and coordinating the migration of the customer's current access services.
  • Engaging internal account teams and stakeholders to facilitate customer migrations.
  • Managing multiple projects while appreciating customer contact.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Telecom industry experience with provisioning, engineering, and Ethernet services.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project management execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct customer meetings, evaluate issues, and provide solutions to execute.
  • System knowledge of eASR, PC, CAMEO, TCOMS, SNM, 4WM.
