What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be supporting our daily Accounts Payable processes by gathering information, performing analyses, and maintaining documentation. Enabling us to run more efficiently by looking for policies or processes that can be further streamlined will also be a vital part of your role. We are the best Finance team in the business and you can be part of it, keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork.

  • Auditing and processing of global card applications and requests for multiple card products.
  • Performing analytical audits on Corporate Card accounts including personal use and full account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintaining audit and processing turnaround standards set by management.
  • Managing the overall health of the corporate card program through accurate and timely processing of proactive work, delinquency management tasks, account payoffs and credit balance refunds.
  • Providing daily support of AP Help Desk inquiries related to the Corporate Card, including timely handling of escalations.
  • Providing daily support of AP Executive Support inquiries.
  • Supporting policy compliance initiatives including monitoring, employee training and communications.
  • Working closely with Accounts Payable management/staff and other departments in support of time bound processes.
  • Evaluating current processes and seeking ways to automate further.
  • Supporting system testing as requested.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Accounts payable and/or general ledger experience.
  • Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft or Concur.
  • Experience using Microsoft Access.
