What you’ll be doing...

You will help drive business sales growth by leveraging experience in aligning technology with business goals. You will assist business sales teams with the design and implementation of projects that drive product sales, channel optimization, better customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with a team of talented technical specialists, technology professionals, and sales operation support staff and play a key role in helping bring competitive products to market. We value technical excellence, customer focus, integrity, and teamwork.

  • Lead engagement with key business stakeholders in a discussion on business strategies and opportunities.
  • Build a strong working relationship and develop a partnership with the business.
  • Work closely with application developers and operations staff to align and deliver solutions that add value to front-line business sales processes.
  • Be a subject matter expert on business sales tools and mentor peers.
  • Drive technical innovation and process automation enabling efficiencies and bottom line growth to the business.
  • Align with the key influencers to coordinate channel support and technical needs.
  • Use your strong presentation and communication skills to present the technical message to the field, ensuring you are the conduit to technology solutions.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Proficiency with G Suite.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
  • AWS certifications.
  • Experience with Qlik business intelligence software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a project and work alongside team members of various departments.
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with an ability to proactively lead projects.
  • Knowledge of technical document writing.
  • Experience with MobileIron Console to provide mobility support to remote workers.
  • Working knowledge of Business Sales tools and applications.
  • Team player mentality, embracing collective achievements and team diversity.
