What you’ll be doing...

As our Employee Experience Project Manager, you’ll be creating a great place to work where our employees are happy to come in every day, feel included, and are able to do their best. You’ll be taking your great ideas and turning them into reality by planning and executing programs to make working here even better.

  • Managing projects and taking care of all the details.
  • Leading initiatives, special projects, and events.
  • Gathering employee feedback and understanding what could be even better.
  • Creating reports, events, presentations, and communications.
  • Measuring outcomes and making program improvements to ensure that goals are met.

You’re a top-notch planner who can keep sight of the end goal while ensuring all the steps along the way are taken care of, even under tight timelines and with competing priorities.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in event planning, organizing, and execution.
  • Experience managing large projects.
