What you’ll be doing...

You’ll join our Government Program Management team to serve as a program manager for a major federal account, overseeing all implementation activities and having responsibility for the overall customer experience.

  • Provides post-sales, life cycle relationship and provides support and/or analytical support to solve a wide range of issues or problems of varying complexity.
  • Performs analysis of issues or problems.
  • Monitors defined KPIs across several technologies and implements action plans when metrics fall below agreed KPIs.
  • Provides financial support relative to contractual commitments and SLAs, including billing account strategy, setup and optimization.
  • Handles vendor management activities, including reviewing deliverables and performing administrative duties.
  • Drives projects/tasks involving internal/external organizations to a successful and timely conclusion.
  • Supports our client in Rockville, Maryland.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in a technical project management role.
  • Three or more years of experience with processes including ordering, provisioning, incident management, and others.
  • Three or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business or computer science.
  • Three or more years of experience with Networx Universal, WITS3, and EIS government contracts.
  • Three or more years of experience with products including NBIP-VPN, SIP, managed services, etc.
  • Excellent client and organizational, communication and process skills.
  • Ability to handle many projects simultaneously.
  • High self-motivation.
  • Technical background.
  • PMP certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
