What you’ll be doing...

The manager will be accountable to launch marketing and channel plans that effectively use appropriate assets and partnerships to drive optimal product positioning. Responsible for end to end project management and overseeing multiple concurrent work streams. Define long-term product distribution strategy and manage near-term execution plans.

  • Leading key distribution center functions such as inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Planning daily operations to meet the daily demand.
  • Identifying and implementing efficiency and cost-saving measures for continuous improvement.
  • Tracking metrics like productivity, timeliness, and order accuracy to ensure goals are met.
  • Managing distribution, reorders, receiving requirements, returns, and transit issues.
  • Oversee multiple key vendor relationships, ensuring requirements and standards are met with our 3PL's.
  • Collaborate with SCM teams, Device/ Accessory Marketing, Customer Care and System teams to ensure flawless execution of launches.
  • Lead and manage all Iconic and product launches.
  • Manage shipping requirements/ inbound discrepancies/ metrics with all OEMs (device and accessories).

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to travel as needed.
  • SAP experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Logistics experience. Ideally, transportation, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Warehouse, distribution or fulfillment center experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience with Visio.
