What you’ll be doing...

The CFS Analyst will be responsible for BackOffice tasks supporting the Enterprise and Wholesale Claims and Collections Team.Responsibilities include account research in multiple systems, preparing write-offs and JV's, settlement processing, FACT/ICI routing administration, handling customer reactivation escalations, performing suspensions on some of the less complex Suspension and Disconnect orders for the team.The CFS Analyst will also assist in User Testing for all aspects of TCMS enhancements and/or new applications.Likewise, the position will cover other critical BOS functional tasks as necessary..

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • One or more years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Prior commercial customer service, billing assurance or claims resolution experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
