  • Ensuring our disability and leave programs are running smoothly.
  • Supporting HR Business Partners and field clients by providing information regarding absence policies, processes, and systems.
  • Training, educating, and supporting HR on leave administration processes
  • Designing and managing absence web content and managing updates to absence policies and guidelines.
  • Developing requirements, tests and supporting the launch of absence systems improvements.
  • Working with third parties to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Researching issues and driving toward quick resolution in order to minimize absenteeism.

You are energized by the challenge of working through difficult situations and finding positive outcomes. You remain calm and level-headed, even when situations are tense or unclear. You are both empathetic and practical. And above all, you are committed to providing great service to our employees and great partnership to our vendors.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Fouror more years of relevant Human Resources or Benefits experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Management, or any related field.
  • Proven ability to successfully work independently on defined assignments, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience translating complex benefits into easy-to-understand language.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Safeguarded highly confidential information.
  • Processed and audited invoices from third party vendors.
  • Managed case information pertaining to absence, threats, and safety issues.
