What you’ll be doing...

Continuous improvement efforts drive our business and you will work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customer's requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Core engineering.
  • CPE engineering.
  • Systems/process implementation.
  • Firmware/release management.
  • Technical vendor management.
  • Escalated ticket management, lab & production environment management.
  • New product design/testing.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working as an escalation engineer for internal organizations and/or client.
  • Experience with Broadsoft Advanced, Polycom, Algo, AudioCodes, Adtran, Acme SBC, Routing/Switching experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree
  • Experience providing technical and/or analytical support to solve a wide range of complex issues/problems.
  • Experience performing advanced analysis on complex incidents.
  • Ability to work on multiple complex projects/activities concurrently.
  • Working knowledge of key VZ services (IP, IT, Security, VZW).
  • Ability to effectively present to senior management.
  • Experience with ITIL, PMP and/or ISO 9000 methodology.
