What you’ll be doing...

As the Senior Analyst of Severance and Invoicing, you will administer the severance and outplacement programs by having a strong understanding of policies and applicable systems.

  • Answering severance and unemployment policy and process questions from HR Business Partners and employees.
  • Reporting and analyzing severance and outplacement data.
  • Accurately updating system records.
  • Supporting system updates by testing and creating requirements.
  • Processing invoices for various human resources operations programs.
  • Serving as back-up support for the processing of unemployment claims or I-9 forms.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of human resources or related experience.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis software including excel and google sheets.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft ATS system.
  • Knowledge of severance programs or unemployment claims processing.
  • A strong analytic ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
