What you’ll be doing...

Master Data Management and Governance for Verizon Business Customers

Data management encompasses a wide variety of Global functions including but not limited to: Customer Segmentation, Creation and Application of Rules of Engagement, Customer Legal Entity Tier 2 Support, SalesForce.com Account Creation and Maintenance and Alignment of all Verizon Business customers (VES/VBM/Wholesale/Wireless) to their Dun & Bradstreet corporate hierarchy structure and Customer Service support.

You will:

  • Work with IT on system enhancements and defects to create and prioritize tickets to ensure system and tool efficiencies and stability.
  • Partner with Vendors to continually enhance data quality and systems and tools for automation and optimal processing efficiency (D&B).
  • Track and Report all team metrics using results as a management tool to reduce SLA and increase automation and productivity.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Advanced leadership skills.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Dun & Bradstreet customer hierarchy.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal, state and local government structures.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC desktop applications (MS Excel, MS Access) and database inquiries.
  • Excellent reasoning and decision analysis skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute metrics driven business plans.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Experience defining, motivating and driving change/efficiency/process improvement.
  • Strong familiarity with SalesForce.com.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
