What you’ll be doing...

You’ll ensure that all is running smoothly for the Projects in your group and support the Director of EMEA with day-to-day project management. You’ll be essentially taking care of the project operations so that the Director and the team can focus on driving the Projects forward and meet the goals.

  • Provide discrete, effective, efficient, focused, assertive and reliable support through a combined display of hands-on execution, creative and tenacious problem-solving with excellent follow ups on action items and time-sensitive projects.
  • Screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal; this will include preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and other important materials
  • Support in managing stakeholders by attending key meetings, capturing key action items and following up to ensure its delivery
  • Track and report on various projects/tasks progress in an efficient manner
  • Scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments & travels; this will include coordinating across various regions, teams and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism, ensuring the security of confidential materials
  • Deliver multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities with accuracy and thoroughness.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Supported senior leaders.
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple projects and priorities for yourself and others.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or G Suite.

Even better if you have:

  • Proven ability to work well independently and under pressure.
  • Business acumen to understand the context of various projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
  • Prepared executive presentations, communications, and reports.
