What you’ll be doing...

As the Reporting Manager for the Data Tower, you will be responsible for providing core reporting activities to a significant customer(s).After we install a wide range of technologies, the team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction every day. You will be the voice of Verizon and an advocate for your customer as you work to continually improve our service. In this role, a vital part of the customer experience is in your hands. The work will be fast-paced, results-oriented and involve working closely with other functional teams.

  • Build, analyze, prepare and present all Security related reports within the program.
  • Administer, design and produce Tower reporting as mutually agreed between Verizon and the customer.
  • Oversee reporting requirements for the Security Tower as per the contract.
  • Maintain a repository of Security and performance reports provided.
  • Manage dashboard reporting, as mutually agreed to with the customer and documented in the Methods and Procedures manual.
  • Prepare performance reports and service level reports to collectively show Verizon’s compliance with service levels and associated performance requirements.
  • Develop Service Improvement Plans (SIP) as appropriate.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge in Reporting Management.
  • Program Management reporting experience.
  • Experience in IT Security, and/or Telecom.
  • Knowledge of the Service Now toolset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability in coordinating multiple projects across multiple organizations.
  • Knowledge of MS office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working across multiple levels of management (internal, external, vendor).
  • Knowledge of client needs to drive development of solutions that are aligned with customers emerging business needs.
