What you’ll be doing...

As a direct report to the Director of Global Services Operation in Tech Support, you’ll be a key resource ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll manage all aspects of the business from finding the best vendors to putting plans in place to drive results, tracking progress of projects, and finding innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll partner with other areas of the business to be sure that all resources are ready when needed to deliver for our customers. We’re looking for your project management and organizational expertise so that we can deliver the best outcomes for the business and in turn, to our customers.

  • Managing all aspects of several projects and tracking key outcomes, including financials.
  • Partnering with both internal and external units to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Leading teams that don’t directly report to you to drive key metrics.
  • Reporting progress and outcomes in various functions and levels.
  • Leading and developing a team of direct reports who are committed to reducing expense and driving profitability, all while focusing outward on the customer.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for training, culture, technology, and process efficiency, all while driving performance in our vendor centers.

What we’re looking for...

You understand how to balance what others want and what your department needs. You are dedicated and determined to see things through from start to finish. You focus on the details but don’t lose sight of the big picture... or your deadlines. You like working with diverse people from all kinds of backgrounds and functions and have a knack for developing strong partnerships.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with all MS applications, PPT, G Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time to both onshore and offshore centers.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Electric presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, with exceptional presentation and organizational skills
  • Made presentations to all levels of management across the organization.
  • Formulated and implemented strategies within defined time frames.
  • Experience in SQL Server, Tableau, or other executive dashboard tools.
