What you’ll be doing...

You will manage and ensure the smooth execution of all optimization efforts across Digital Operation teams and partner teams such as 140, CX, integrated marketing, and IT.

  • Work with various business units inside and outside of Digital Operations to ensure business needs are incorporated in our optimization prioritization plan.
  • Prioritize incoming requests and team proposals into team work plans.
  • Align execution team priorities across 140, CX, analytics, tagging, T&T, UAT, and audience teams.
  • Manage all cross team execution and escalation forums.
  • Perform hands-on project management for critical or crisis projects.
  • Manage ongoing reporting and readout activities across departments.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Digital Marketing experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with data driven optimization and personalization.
  • Experience with cross-department cross-discipline collaboration.
