What you’ll be doing...

  • Work shifts in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) team.
  • Pick up trouble tickets for network incidents and drive them towards resolution.
  • Coordinate required parties to resolve incidents.
  • Keep customers updated about their incidents via phone, email and online.
  • Escalate incidents to 2nd level repair or subject matter expert teams when needed.
  • Assist in preparation of standard configuration changes.
  • Implement prepared configuration changes.
  • Join conference calls to assist customer change or troubleshooting.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Experience in technical support.
  • Cisco CCNA certification or comparable knowledge.
  • ITIL certification.
  • UNIX skills.
