What you’ll be doing...

You will be a key member of Verizon’s Asia Pacific ‘Enterprise Sales’ team, and will be responsible to build new business relationships, win/acquire new logos and manage acquired enterprise customers in the region.

This is an Acquisition role with a scope mix of hunting and farming. You will also be responsible for bookings and revenue with a focus on in-region deals and revenue.

  • Provide Account Management for key accounts.
  • Sell the complete VES Solutions stack to the customers.
  • Manage revenue from the territory with specific growth targets.
  • Work towards continuous improvement in the customer experience with various stakeholders.
  • Work towards meeting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bookings targets with full participation of VES Strategic Services.
  • Understand the customers' business and identify the business requirements and sales opportunities.
  • Plan sales strategies and identify potential clients in the assigned territory through comprehensive Accounts Plans.
  • Identify and build relationships with key client stakeholders and business partners at a senior level.
  • Work closely with the Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Expects to develop complex solutions to address business opportunities and client needs.
  • Create opportunities and pitch Verizon solutions to potential clients, the rationale behind the solutions and the impact and positive results of the solutions - all done through value creation solution selling (VCS) versus product selling.
  • Engage and manage your sales presentation to high level stakeholders.
  • Perform strategic planning of your business to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Handle funnel management with accuracy in forecasting.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ten or more years of experience, preferably with any Global Services/Solution Provider companies in Singapore and/or the Asia Pacific region and not purely from the Telecommunications industry.
  • Met or exceeded challenging sales targets. Ideally, with new customers.
  • Proven Sales experience in hunting, and developing and managing accounts in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Experience selling infrastructure solutions, especially Software Defined Networking Solutions(SDN), Call Center Solutions, Professional Services, CPEofferingsto large and corporate clients.
  • Experience directly managing Fortune 500 organizations in Asia Pacific markets up-to C-Level engagement and especially winning large and complex deals.
  • Strong experience with SalesForce.com (SDFC).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to take the lead in any project tasked to you.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results oriented sales-driven approach.
