What you’ll be doing...

In this position, you will supervise approximately 15 Garage Work Centers and 19 employees in Central New Jersey. You will be responsible for GWC operations that include, but are not limited to, ordering, expediting, staging, and receipting, returning, transferring, packaging, labeling and overall inventory management of material for technicians working in the field.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Managing field escalations as well as oversight of contracted vendor responsible for vendor managed inventory.
  • Interfacing with partnering organizations (i.e. Operations, Engineering, Compliance, etc.) as well as Human Resources and Labor Relations on HR / union related issues.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • Adegree in Business or Supply Chain.
  • Five or more years of experience in Operations and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve both strategic and tactical challenges on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
