What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a partner marketing specialist with a passion for managing projects and using collaboration to help build integrated marketing programs and improve our teams experience every single day. As the Partner Marketing Specialist, you will own the process of managing multiple product integration projects, technical implementation, approval process and marketing timelines and activations in market. This role will coordinate with the strategy, product marketing, media/analytics and brand team to develop messaging strategy and timing, integration plans in our buy flow or with our partner timelines, and provide creative pathing between our internal and external creative, media, and brand teams based on learnings from legal obligations, partner expectations and consumer research. You bring excellent communication skills, project management experience and digital marketing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You understand multiple perspectives, can prioritize multiple needs and relish influencing and driving business strategy with cross-collaboration techniques, ensuring data and content flow across the teams. This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Your Role

Your primary responsibilities include driving overall program schedules and infrastructure building, plus:

  • Coordinate and share the technical requirements and pathing across departments including Product development, Product Marketing, Brand and Media Marketing.
  • Create master timelines that can integrate multiple teams’ schedules, outliers, and considerations into a single project document and assign tasks, mandates, and project check ins with 3rd party partners.
  • Work with the product development and product marketing teams to develop consumer touch point requirements to ensure that we are representing both Visible and the 3rd party appropriately..
  • Develop communication programs (social, digital advertising, web content, and CRM programs) that are consistent with contractual legal requirements and ensuring that partner marketing programs are executed within an effective media plan.
  • Responsible for assisting in coordinating partner co-marketing budgets and ensuring that they are processed through the organization and passed on to the appropriate budget line items.

What we’re looking for...

  • 1+ years of project management or account management experience with increasing responsibilities in consumer technology or product organizations
  • Proven experience of successfully managing and deploying programs across multiple teams for an end user
  • Passion for bringing people together to create a single project
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
