What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a marketing operations and analytics expert with a passion for building and managing CRM

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM team by operating the martech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Swrve) to deliver automated and ad hoc CRM campaigns across channels (email, push/in-app, text message).

  • Build new content assets and keep the existing ones updated & consistent. Use SQL to build lists and run analyses.

  • Partner with Brand team to traffic content development for new campaigns, and partner with Legal to ensure compliance and catalog approvals.

  • Develop and execute against an ongoing A/B testing calendar – content, timing, frequency, etc.

  • Maintain robust reporting/performance dashboards, identifying trends or concerns for ongoing campaigns and running ad hoc analyses.

  • Be the expert on our marketing technology, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Swrve; continuously evaluate new, emerging technologies to keep us state-of-the-art.

  • Identify and make recommendations on integration between platforms to create efficiencies.

What we’re looking for...

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience executing marketing automation campaigns on an enterprise-grade platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign, CheetahMail, Silverpop, etc.)

  • 2+ years in a consumer-product and/or technology business, ideally one that’s app-centered, with deep social integration

  • 2+ years experience building campaigns for mobile marketing – push notifications and text messaging

  • 1+ years reporting & analysis, including demonstrated examples of using SQL and Excel/pivot tables to glean insights from data

  • 2+ years writing SQL to build targeted audience lists

  • Experience coding emails in HTML, including mobile-responsive templates

  • Prefer 1+ years copywriting experience, especially in an agency environment

  • Prefer experience using Journey Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Prefer experience using Connector between Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Prefer experience using Trello to manage projects
