What you’ll be doing...

You will be leveraging Data Warehouse (Teradata) and Adobe Analytics to mine, store, and analyze data as it relates to the Digital Operations metrics. You will interpret, analyze, and present on the results analysis to all levels of the organization. You will also partner with Sales, IT, Business Transformation, Finance, and Marking Channel teams to ensure proper reporting is available to support business initiatives.

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly report execution and distribution, highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Leverage Adobe Analytic tools to derive behavioral and site flow analysis within our website as well as our mobile app.
  • Measure performance on several business initiatives for the channel as well as enterprise-wide, breaking down results to area, region, market, attributed traffic, and platform levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of material for Monthly Ops Reviews, Quarterly Readouts, etc., for senior level executives.
  • Ensure work is properly aligned with the needs of the leadership team.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly forecasts, as well as special project forecasts.
  • Manage and execute ad hoc reporting requests, prioritizing these multiple requests to ensure business initiative alignment.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SQL in Teradata or a similar platform.
  • Experience extracting digital performance metrics from Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience taking large amounts of multi-faceted data, sourced from multiple places, and creating insightful and meaningful information to be used in business decision making.
  • Experience delivering results and presentations to all levels of the company, including C-Level executives.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results quickly and by expected deadlines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of wireless industry trends, key business drivers, metrics, standards, and technologies.
  • Three or more years of Teradata experience.
  • Two or more years of experience with Adobe or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with R statistical software.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Capability to thrive in high visibility, high impacting situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
