What you’ll be doing...

Your role is to implement the planning and forecasting strategy with the business partner. Additionally, to lead the financial process for the Strategic Partnership Channel (SPC) Outsource team. Using your human resource expertise and a solid understanding of the outsource channel business, you will help guide your internal clients through these forecast and financial matters as they negotiate contracts and complete the budgets.

  • Leading the SPC monthly lock forecast process.
  • Creating annual and intra-year SPC budgets for business partner contact centers.
  • Providing financials for business case development; to include price-outs, expense analysis.
  • Creating expense modeling to support Statement of Work (SOW) creation and addendums.
  • Working cross-functionally to support ad-hoc finance needs. This would include Cost per Call, Cost per Chat, and Volume per Agent, Risk Assessments, and Headcount trending.
  • Collaborating with Finance Department to present and procure approvals for expense initiatives.
  • Serving as SME for vendor financial-related aspects with internal and external clients.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with business partner contact center experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Finance experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience with business partner contact center experience.
  • Proven highly self-motivated and work independently in a virtual management environment.
  • Proven decision-making and flexibility to react to frequent operational changes and adjustments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, & Google Slides.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong math skills, experience working with graphs and charts.
