What you’ll be doing...

In this dynamic role, you will lead various operational aspects of a national incentive program that drive revenue and performance across multiple channels. This includes leading operational forums with internal Verizon channel partners and program stakeholders, as well as technical agency resources.

This role requires a strong ability to work with detailed processes. Your oversight and management of all operational program aspects is critical to achieving excellence in this role. You’ll manage multiple projects, while maintaining a best in class status for the program. Your focus on compliance ensures strong program integrity and minimizes business risks.

  • Lead program strategy for technical requirements and functionality and user experience.
  • Own the end-to-end vendor management components with support agencies and internal partners, i.e.; IT, Ops, Marketing, etc.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder teams, establish clear roles, responsibilities and rules of engagement by setting clear objectives, assessing and tracking performance, providing feedback, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and program policies and processes.
  • Deliver on all performance measures and continuously identifying new ways to improve team and program performance.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with employee incentive and employee performance programs.
  • Program Design and or Project Management experience.
  • Willingness to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience with employee incentive and employee performance programs.
  • Four or more years of Program Design and or Project Management experience.
  • Specific experience with Verizon Service Order platforms – Optix, Marketplace, CoA, C2G.
  • Led a team. Ideally, in a technology and/or operational environment.
  • Advanced technical and compliance background with Verizon technology platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills – including presentation, written and verbal.
  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and G-Suite applications.
