What you’ll be doing...

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs and the best delivery approach.
  • Creating innovative learning solutions for sales, products, customer service, and employee development.
  • Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions.
  • Providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results achieved.

Specific to this role you will:

  • Lead a team of 1-4 people leading digital content architecture and creation.
  • Optimize content creation and delivery with the goal to reuse, customize, and scale.
  • Determine processes for organizing, storing, and distributing content.
  • Build the digital content strategy function including developing processes, establishing best practices, educating stakeholders on best practices, and building strong client relationships.
  • Architect compelling, impactful digital content structure for each audience and recommend appropriate digital content types (text, visuals, video) for each audience.
  • Connect the dots to determine how digital content will best engage audiences at multiple points in the customer journey.
  • Keep current on digital content strategy trends and tactics to identify opportunities with target audiences and bring fresh ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Utilize deep understanding of integrated marketing and branding to make recommendations on digital content development and deployment.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience designing custom learning programs using alternative delivery methods.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Consulted with HR professionals and their business clients.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
  • Managed projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Specific to this role you’ll need to have:

  • Five or more years in Knowledge Management/Content creation marketing across a variety of functions including marketing communications product marketing.
  • Five or more years in Project Management.
  • Experience in Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
  • Experience in content conversions and or CMS conversions.
  • Expertise in developing digital content (offline, online, technical) for multi-channel audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer insights into compelling and impactful content.
