What you’ll be doing...
Verizon is looking for a talented, dynamic, technology-transactions attorney to be part of a fast-moving, collaborative legal team responsible for advising enterprise sales clients on large and sophisticated multinational commercial opportunities. We are looking for a stellar attorney with initiative and drive who can handle a high volume of varied and complex legal work from the RFP stage through the full-range of service agreement components (e.g., outsourcing terms, SOWs, security addenda, transition/transformation schedules). The attorney must have experience negotiating with medium-to-large size enterprises as well as general knowledge of intellectual property and privacy aspects of technology transactions, in order to provide strategic legal advice to enable revenue generation while creatively balancing commercial and compliance risks. The attorney will work closely with sales clients, finance, regulatory, solutions/engineering, and global customer service teams to synthesize complex issues and drive consensus positions across functional areas.
