What you’ll be doing...

You will explore what our people need to learn to be even better. Your programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and be highly effective and in tune with our culture. You will be leading a team to design learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the future.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs and the best delivery approach.

  • Developing and coaching your team to create learning solutions to meet the needs of the business.

  • Managing team workload, setting priorities, allocating resources, and overcoming challenges to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

  • Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions.

  • Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.

  • Improving time to proficiency while focusing on core capabilities needed by our front line employees in the Service Organization.

  • Rebuilding existing New Hire Programs or creating new programs.

  • Creating new solutions for existing curricula.

What we’re looking for...

You have the passion and skills to be a builder. You desire to construct learning experiences that go beyond basics and equip employees with skills and knowledge to be successful. You have the desire to reinvent yourself and your team by enhancing Instructional Design Skills which will lead us into the future. You build relationships with clients becoming a trusted advisor and determining the best ways for your team to design and develop learning to meet their needs. You’re focused on assessing the impact learning solutions have on the business and are continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience leading a team.

  • Built trusting relationships and influenced at senior levels.

  • Motivated and inspired a team to create strong learning outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience creating custom learning solutions using alternative modalities and technology.

Even better if you have:

  • Learning and Development experience

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.

  • Balanced competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
