What you’ll be doing...

You will play a critical leadership role in assisting us realize opportunities for improvement through the implementation of marketing, decisioning and analytics solutions. While working in a business advisory capacity with key stakeholders across marketing business functions, you will help define and agree on effective customer marketing and decisioning strategies.

  • Articulating what Customer Decision Management, Always on Marketing and AI mean in a practical sense; how does it deliver the business vision and objectives.
  • Leading and evangelizing optimal use of modeling insights, analysis, simulation, measurement and reporting to maximize effectiveness of strategies, return on investment and customer experience.
  • Ensuring that the delivery teams understand the customer program objectives, challenges and overall context.
  • Completing customer journey mapping and optimization to drive an effective and engaging customer experience.

    What we’re looking for...

    You are a hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer organizations on all phases of the software development life-cycle. You have the ability to learn complex material quickly and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

    Even better if you have:

    • A degree.
    • Senior Pega Marketing Consultant (CSPMC) certification.
    • Experience designing and/or implementing Marketing and decisioning software.
    • Five or more years of experience with Marketing Pega/other decisioning tool end to end implementation.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate, partner, and collaborate.
    • Capability to be driven and team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
    • Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience.
    • Ability to learn quickly with excellent time management and organization skills.
    • Willingness to go the extra mile.
    • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results.
    • Ability to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly and explain it to both business and IT stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in teams as well as independently.
