We are looking to hire a Technical Lead for Mobility, Product and Services development within the My Business team. You will be responsible for leading large and complex business initiatives for Enterprise Portal and delivering best in class customer experience. You will interact daily with business partners in marketing/ISO teams. You will guide IT team members for time boxed delivery of prioritized business functionality incorporating high quality.

Analysis and Design –

  • Analyze architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.
  • Assess system usage trends and identify potential performance constraints with inter-system designs.
  • Evaluate solution’s alignment with the end user experience.

Portfolio / Project management –

  • Implementation, process, communication and operational readiness.
  • Support transformation programs, across people, processes, and systems; inclusive of project planning, development, system requirements and delivery, tracking and communication.
  • Business requirements ideation and design review.

Strategic Imperatives –

  • Provide general governance and support for intermediate projects or programs.
  • Recommendations aiding in the successful completion of measurable actions within a product or functional area.
  • Identify and create business requirements for tools, systems, and processes.
  • Support projects focused on improving our customer experience and production efficiencies.
  • Perform gap analysis and provide technical guidance and support by leveraging knowledge of systems and processes.

Program & Project Support –

  • Execute on major cross-functional and transformation programs.
  • Drive operational performance improvements through business analysis and project management.
  • Support strategic initiatives focusing on maximizing efficiency, improving client deliverables, and implementing action plans in line with business priorities.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and preparation.
  • Operational readiness for scheduled system and process releases.
  • Identify system automation opportunities with business teams, IT, and PMO organizations.
  • Identify underlying systems defects through production support efforts.

Operational Partnerships –

  • Collaborative relationships with internal organizations and internal customers.
  • Partner with internal customers, including vendors and locations across the enterprise, to foster global consistent methods and procedures.
  • Utilize measurable outcomes, benefits, and reporting to drive actionable results.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience programming with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, ExtJS, Angular JS, CSS, Web Services, and Unix Shell Scripting.

Even better if you have:

  • A Degree.
  • Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development methodologies.
  • Experience with Cucumber, Gherkin.
  • Knowledge on project management systems such as JIRA / Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Source Code management systems such as AccuRev and GIT.
  • Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure of deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business requirements and technology.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in enterprise caching strategy and solutions.
  • Experience in scalable architectures.
  • Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design and code from specifications.
  • Ability to work through issues independently.
  • Ability to clearly present to business and technical audiences.
  • Experience in applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
  • Experience in performance tuning.
  • Experience in Mobile application development and integration with RESTful/SOAP services.
  • Experience in application design patterns and frameworks.
  • Experience in front end application design with responsive screens.
