What you’ll be doing...

National Channel Manager is responsible for the direction and strategy of the Local Agent, Full Service Local Agent, and Local Presence Centers locations. This position manages the relationship with the Local Agent and Local Presence Centers vendors, and ensures continuity of operations in the Full Service Local Agents. Responsibilities include managing the Retail Portfolio, which determines the strategies and locations required by Franchise Agreement rules. This position will be responsible for the launches and decommissions of Fios within the Retail environment, and will manage projects and enhancements needed to provide continuity to the business.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage Fios Retail Portfolio for LA, FSLA & LPC locations
  • Oversee the Indirect Retail Channels with Fios sales & STB transactions
  • Manage LPC/FSLA Conversion Timeline & Subsequent openings and closings
  • Manage channel within Local Franchise Agreements
  • Work with Local Franchise Agreement partners to ensure LFA compliance & future planning for requirement changes and edits
  • Manage relationship with National Local Agent companies
  • Set, communicate and manage sales goals and incentive programs for the agents & vendors
  • Develop and execute internal and external policies, procedures, standards, and protocols
  • Research / review / recommend new agents and locations as needed
  • Develop and maintain project templates
  • Leverage reporting, benchmarking, and industry trends to drive costs out of the business
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, participate on weekly meetings, driving process improvements
  • Lead conference calls and training sessions to align with internal/external partners.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Project planning, Project management or supply chain logistics experience.
  • Experiencing managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in MS Excel skills as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite.
  • Experience in analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative competence managing colleagues at various levels of the organization, supporting multiple constituents and internal clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency; proactive and flexible.
