What you’ll be doing...

The Program/Channel position is primarily responsible for expanding Smart Leads and managing other programs/projects geared at reducing cancels and increasing units/revenue within the Strategic Sales organization. Continue to help move Strategic Channels towards digital integration.

Program Management Responsibilities:

  • Drive exponential fios sales growth through project management and post project launch.
  • Reduce Strategic Sales cancel rate through project management and post project launch.
  • Collaborate with Digital team to identify new avenues/opportunities for growth.
  • Gain alignment with Sourcing and Digital partners, obtain NDA if necessary.
  • POC for all sales support for projects launched.
  • Conduct store visits providing feedback to vendor management and discuss areas of opportunity.
  • Partner with Training and Digital teams to update job aides as necessary and facilitate training.
  • Create and communicate executive summaries regarding performance and expansion efforts.
  • Strengthen Verizon Wireless (VZW) partnership via collaborative activities.

Smart Leads:

  • Smart Leads (SL) development to drive increase in sales productivity through use of Smart Leads.
  • Drive improved SRD in D2D/EMs via production gains from SL tool.
  • SL tool integration with other departments such as the DRC to improve install rates and faster revenue billed.
  • Partner with Training and Digital teams to update SL job aides as necessary and facilitate training.
  • Create and communicate executive summaries regarding SL performance and expansion efforts.

Overall:

  • Field visibility with all channels to develop/improve relationships and remove obstacles.
  • Support Digital First initiatives in Strategic Sales Channels.
  • Provides a consistent-level of field presence.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Program Management experience.
  • Vendor management experience including in a sales role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree - more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Five or more years of experience in a sales and or channel marketing role.
  • Knowledge of Marketing and operations.
  • Experience with Verizon and Fios products/offers.
  • Verizon Wireless (VZW) experience.
