What you’ll be doing...

National Channel Manager is responsible for the direction and strategy of Fios Local Agent, Full Service Local Agent, and Local Presence Centers locations. This position manages the operational needs of the retail Fios STB locations within those channels and ensures continuity of operations. Responsibilities include representing the Channel when managing products, development of training, and daily operations. This position will be responsible for supporting the launches and decommissions of Fios within the Retail environment, and will manage projects and enhancements needed to improve operations within the Channels.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Merchandising Support & Google Listings Support.
  • LPC Security Management & Reporting.
  • Zero-Rated Account Management for Live Fios In Indirect Channels.
  • Compliance Training Communications and Completion Support.
  • Manage projects to further the efficiencies of the Channels & represent the Channels for any operational or system changes.
  • Work with Local Franchise Agreement partners to ensure LFA compliance when opening/closing retail locations.
  • Assist with development of training material relevant to new product launches and system changes within the Channels.
  • Manage Emergency Procedures in Fios STB Retail Channels, including weather related closings.
  • Manage Search Optimization for Store Locations.
  • Leverage reporting, benchmarking, and industry trends to drive costs out of the business.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, participate on weekly meetings, drive process improvements.
  • Lead conference calls and training sessions to align with internal/external partners.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project planning, Operational Support or Portfolio Management experience.
  • Superior vendor management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, under compressed schedules, in environment of constant change.

  • Strong collaborative competence managing colleagues at various levels of the organization, supporting multiple constituents and internal clients.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • MS Excel skills as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite.
