What you’ll be doing...

  • The program manager will be the financial SME for a team that has national responsibility for small cell real estate, in-building real estate, inbound revenue and teaming projects for Verizon. The team is responsible for national small cell master license agreements, in-building small cell and 5G real estate strategy, and best practices.
  • Manage the financial work flow for inbound neutral host DAS nationally, includes 50-100 10+ year agreements, worth $10K-1M annually, each. Program includes business model audits, field funding requests, invoicing and receivables. Mentor field on business plans for large $100M+ programs that require unconventional, non-budget-cycle funding
  • Manage the financial work flow for inbound neutral host DAS nationally, includes 100, 15-year agreements per year worth $5-40K annually, each.
  • Manage escrow accounts used to fund 11 large, inter-carrier teaming projects. Annual spend on these projects ranges from $500K to $20M annually.
  • Manage recurring and unscheduled reporting on above, additional transformation initiatives and other team programs.
  • Prepare and manage team operating expense and capital expense budget
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify risk and recommend solutions. Peer with business and financial leads at submarket, territory, network finance, accounts receivable and ED's finance team.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a proven focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in presentation skills. Candidate must have strong written and conference call skills.
  • Travel to carrier business reviews, financial reviews.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
  • A Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics or any other relevant field.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience in project management background.
  • Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations.
  • Ability to originate, analyze, negotiate, structure, prepare, and presents involving risk and analysis.
  • Ability to identify, assess and leverage existing tools and systems needed to perform responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage and execute competing tasks and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Candidate should be both persistent and sensitive to personalities and authority.
  • A high degree of analytical capability with the ability to structure business case around a high-level strategic vision.
  • Knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/ profitability methodologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of network real estate processes and issues specific tolarge-scale& volume project(s).
  • Knowledge of various wireless network technologies including RF, powering, transport and data.
  • Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
