What you’ll be doing...

As the Data Analytics Manager, you will develop and maintain servers and databases providing data that helps our team to evaluate complex issues and make smart decisions. You’ll partner with your internal clients to understand what they need to know, and then design the research plan to get answers. You’ll also design new systems and programs to gather and unleash the power of big data. You will generate insights that will help propel our business forward.

  • Collaborate with others to identify analytic requirements and devise the best possible solution.
  • Define problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing conclusions.
  • Develop innovative strategies.
  • Develop models to predict future outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain batch processing and reporting.
  • Consult with stakeholders and senior leaders on insights, trends, and data-driven solutions.
  • Design, implement and maintain tables, stored procedures, and servers to automate data flowing to dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly emails.

What we’re looking for...

The potential of big data fascinates you. You’re energized by the challenge of creating a system that will turn data into insights, enabling the business to make even smarter decisions. You’re great at understanding and analyzing business needs, and translating them into the technical requirements to drive a research agenda.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience designing and maintaining servers and databases

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in computer science, information systems, or a business-related field.
  • Presented complex ideas and insights to a variety of audiences.
  • Built and deployed OLAP cubes with SSAS, or worked with Teradata SQL.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing.
  • Experience transforming data from Salesforce, Teradata, Oracle.
  • Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
